Already discussed your plaque with me? This $100 design deposit is fully credited toward your final production invoice. It is the design deposit, not the price of a finished plaque.

How your commission works

1. Discuss your project: Send your idea and any reference images or links. We’ll confirm the scope, project price and timing, and arrange a phone or video consultation as needed.
2. Begin paid design work: Once we’ve agreed on your project and I’ve asked you to proceed, purchase this $100 deposit.
3. Review your digital mockup: The deposit includes two rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions are $25 per iteration.
4. Approve the design: Confirm your final design through a formal design acknowledgment by email.
5. Pay the remaining balance: I’ll send a secure Shopify invoice with the deposit credited. Production begins after the remaining balance is paid.

The deposit becomes non-refundable once the initial digital mockup has been created and delivered to you.
