Our Custom Craftsmanship Guarantee

At Magnuson Studio, every piece is handcrafted and laser-engraved specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our custom boards and signs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer errors in personalization.

Personalization Accuracy

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and names before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided in the order notes. Once a piece has been put to the laser, changes cannot be made.
