Returns & Refund Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of laser engraving, all customized, personalized, or made-to-order items (including TCG displays with specific engravings, name plaques, and custom mountain landscapes) are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been permanently altered to your specifications.

2. Natural Variations (The "Wood" Clause)

Magnuson Studio specializes in reclaimed and natural materials.

  • Wood: Please note that knots, grain patterns, and slight color variations are natural characteristics of timber and reclaimed wine staves. These are not considered defects.

  • Acrylic: While we use premium-grade acrylic, minor "micro-textures" from the laser process are a signature of handcrafted production.

3. Non-Customized Items

For non-personalized items (e.g., "Faith & Family" crosses or "Wine" signs without custom names), we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Every piece at Magnuson Studio is handcrafted or laser-engraved to order.

  • Standard Items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom/Layered Art: Ship within 7–10 business days to allow for precision assembly and finishing.

2. Fragile Items (Acrylic & Glass)

We take extreme care in packaging our TCG slab protectors and glassware. If your item arrives damaged or cracked, please contact us at support@magnusonstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx from Temecula, CA. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Magnuson Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
