1. Accuracy of Custom Information

Magnuson Studio is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process. This includes, but is not limited to, typos in names, dates, or messages provided for engraving. Please double-check all custom text before submitting your order. Once an item is engraved, it cannot be altered.

2. Intellectual Property & Designs

All designs, artwork, and custom layered files (including the "Distant Summits" series and "Tampoon Saloon" graphics) created by Magnuson Studio are the sole property of Magnuson Studio. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer the right to reproduce or digitally replicate our designs for commercial use.

3. Product Safety & Use

TCG Displays: Our acrylic slab protectors are designed for display purposes. Magnuson Studio is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your collectibles or any wear and tear caused by improper insertion or removal of cards from the displays.
Glassware/Metal: Please follow all care instructions provided (e.g., hand-wash only for certain engraved glasses).

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any custom engraving request that contains hate speech, illegal content, or material that violates third-party copyrights. (Note: Parody and transformative art, such as our "Saloon" series, are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion).

5. Limitation of Liability

Magnuson Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
