We establish the scope, project price and payment schedule. Where a design proof is part of the project, you approve it before the build.

I make your piece.
Once the design and agreed payment are in place, I build and finish the work. We confirm collection or delivery with your order.
For custom plaques, the $100 design deposit is credited toward your final invoice. It is not the finished-piece price. Discuss your project first; I’ll explain when the deposit applies.

Do I need a finished design?
No. Describe what you want the piece to celebrate or where it will go. We can work through a direction together.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the design, current work and delivery. Share your deadline in the inquiry and I’ll confirm what is achievable before you commit.
Can you make several pieces?
Yes, we can discuss a coordinated group for recognition, a team or a business. Include the quantity and deadline so I can quote the complete project.
What does the plaque design deposit include?
The $100 deposit is applied to your project total and includes two rounds of design revisions. Further revisions are $25 each. The deposit becomes non-refundable once the initial digital mockup is created and delivered.
Do you make signs for businesses?
Yes. Ask about custom signs, property map displays or other display work. We’ll define the site requirements, materials and installation responsibilities in the quote.
Can I order an existing design online?
Yes. Browse the online shop for current designs and options. For a custom direction, send an inquiry above.
