What you receive

• 6x8 stand cut files in AI, PDF, and SVG: 15 versions for material-thickness targets of 0.11, 0.12, 0.13, 0.14, 0.15, 0.16, 0.17, 0.18, 0.19, 0.20, 0.21, 0.22, 0.23, 0.24, and 0.25 inches. All 15 are included in this purchase.
• 12x16 wall-plaque cut files in AI, PDF, and SVG: one design, with no stand base and no separate thickness versions.
• Three illustrated PDF guides covering the shared letter and number alignment-jig method, stand layer and finished-example references, and a source-based wall rear/hanger diagram.
• Letter and number outlines for arranging your own personalization in your design software.

Make it your own

Choose a name and number, arrange the supplied outlines, and use the alignment jigs to position the pieces during assembly. Personalization is manual; the files do not generate names or numbers automatically. The guide's jig photographs show a stand demonstration of the shared alignment method.

The stand design has a layered jersey, football-field background, decorative frame, and stepped base. The 6x8 designation describes the upright panel bodies, not the overall assembled stand dimensions.

The wall version shares the jersey decoration method and omits the base. Hanging teeth are built into its back panel, with clearance notches in the second-to-back panel. No separate hanger hardware needs to be attached to the plaque. You will still need a wall fastener appropriate for your wall and the finished plaque's weight.

Before cutting

Measure your material, select the corresponding stand file, and check import scale and fit before making a full set. Choose laser and material settings for your own setup. Any negative-kerf adjustment to B1 is at your discretion; there is no single kerf value that applies to every machine and material.

The original 0.11-inch stand build was completed successfully. The other supplied thickness versions have not all been physically laser-tested, and the 12x16 wall plaque has not yet been physically built or tested.

Photos and use permission

The finished-product photo shows the 6x8 stand. The wall-plaque preview and rear/hanger diagram are labeled source diagrams, not photographs of a finished wall plaque.
